Orders placed with Adaaye are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days. After processing, delivery is generally completed within 7 to 10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking details.
Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Only size exchanges or damaged/defective items are accepted. Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.
