Return & Exchange Window
Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Only size exchanges or damaged/defective items are accepted. Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Size exchanges are accepted once per order, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests can be made via:

Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged. For non-serviceable pin codes, customers may be asked to self-ship. Exchange will be processed after the product clears quality inspection.
Returns & Credit Notes
Refunds are not provided.
If a product is defective/damaged, you will receive either a replacement or a credit note (valid for 6 months).
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Items bought during sale or promotional offers (only size exchange allowed).
Customized or altered products. Accessories (if listed).
