We do not process monetary refunds. Instead, we offer the following alternatives:
Size exchange, subject to availability.
Credit note, valid for 6 months, which can be used for future purchases.
These options are available only if:
The request is raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
You changed your mind after placing the order.
The product does not match your expectations but is accurately described and undamaged.
You selected the wrong size or entered incorrect shipping details.
Items were bought during sale, discount, or promotional campaigns.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In case reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product.
